I read some of the other threads dealing with this issue. Found some stretches and videos that luvbytes posted in those threads and some on youtube. However, I need some more thoughts. Had a grade 3 AC seperation 2 1/2 years ago. The doctor never prescribed PT for it, just my fractured wrist and hand. So are a lot of those exercises on youtube mostly pointless at this point since it has healed? My problem is that I started lifting for the first time yesterday and when doing bench it pops when doing the negative side of the rep. Feels like one bone slipping off another. Also get a burning sensation. I can push through it for the most part and it's not sore today. Front and lateral raises were no problem. Have not tried military presses yet. I have been told before that I already have arthritis setting in. Thoughts bros? Is this something to push through to get the shoulder stronger or should I be worried?
