Hello guys .. I am 19 years old, Im from argentina .. i've been training for about 2 years atm .. I am 1.88cm .. and i weight about 77Kg .. before i started gym i used to weight 61kg.. so i was kinda ****ed up.. now i am ripped and semi-bulking.. i also gained pretty much strenght
So i am starting my first Cycle.. the trainer there said i should do a D-Bol and Azolol(stanozolol) (Tailand one) Cycle
200 azolol pills and 100 d-bol pills .. The training would last for about 8 Weeks
4 weeks of D-BOL and 8 weeks of Azolol
.. I am starting this Monday .. The guy is a bodybuilder and has done weighlifting for about 12 years .. But i went here to sort out some doubts and hear more opinions..
I've already bought Anti estrogen.. and some kind of Acid Dir.. i forgot the name.. it is for liver protection
1- I weight 77kg .. After this 2 months of cycle.. How much muscle can i gain?
2- What kind of foods to avoid ..
3- How much water should i take everyday
4- Training .. How many excersices per muscle.. and intensity
5- Im taking Glucosamine for my Joints.. Will this steroids affect my joints or fortify them?
6- What medications to take to avoid Secondary effects?? like antistrogen and else..
