    Something for tendenitis?

I am about to start up a cycle of test prop and anavar. The last time I was on a test cycle or even without steroids once I start getting up to a certain level I get tendenitis pretty bad in my elbows. So I was just wondering if anyone would recommend something that worked for them.
    Thanks

Stretching, warm ups, wraps work as they keep the area warm.

    Supps- fish oil reduces inflammation...

    Cissus.
But the Anavar should help too.

x2 on the Cissus. Once I hit a certain level of strength (or maybe once I had been on test for x amount of time not sure which...) I began to have problems like yours and cissus helped make it go away and has been a staple among my supps ever since and I haven't had a problem since either.

I just did a generic search of 'cissus' on google and a few brands of it came up. Anyone have any preferences?

I get the same issues in my elbows when benching 400+, during my 2nd cycle it got so bad I couldn't really move my arms and had to back off my workouts. It sounds gay, but yoga works great. Like mentioned above glucosamine, cissus, 800mg ibuprofen (advil) to help with inflammation and avoid highly acidic foods. Whenever I decide it's time to do my 4th cycle, which probably won't be for a while, I'll definitely be throwing NPP in there to help with the joints.

I have the same problem with my elbows. It's worse on one side. It's from squatting actually. The weight coming down on your back while you squat and your arms are supporting it puts a lot of pressure on your elbow joint. When it's bad I can't do anything with it. I've found that deep massage helps a lot. You have to push right into your elbow near the bone at the tendon and massage it around. Be prepared for some pain though. If you keep doing that and do some hangs or actually some deadlifts believe it or not to stretch out the tendon you'll find it's a lot better the next day. Try it anyway and see. If you do discover it's from the squats you might consider putting the bar a bit higher on your shoulders or get a safety squat bar or something.

Thanks guys. i'll give cissus a try along with fish oil, cable warm ups, longer stretching and possible massage.

It's your tendon remember. It's not your joint. So I don't see what fish oil is going to do. Tendonitis is from overuse of the tendon causing it to inflame and stiffen. Massage and finding the cause of the problem is the main thing. It will just come back otherwise.

You cannot use deca by itself, and yes it helps with the pain, not the actual problem. It will just mask it.

According to a 2009 article published by Duda, M.K. et al. in the journal "Cardiovascular Research," fish oil decreases inflammation. This anti-inflammatory response is the reason fish oil is so beneficial to people with tendonitis.

I'll agree. anytime I start getting tendonitis or joint pain, hit it heavy with glucosamine with chondro, and give a few weeks to really
soak in. and like they said, stretching too (I run anywhere from a half mile to a mile before I even touch a weight, and that
definitely helps get the blood flowing and core body temp up). I hate lifting cold with no sweat...
