Mate, you're only 18 years old. No matter what you say about how long and hard you have been training, there's no getting away from the fact that you are only 18!!!!!!

Having said that at 18 I'm not overly sure HGH will gain you any height. HGH/IGF helps cartilage cells located at the ends of long bones called the growth plates to multiply, which is where bone growth occurs. During puberty age, this leads to growth in the length of the bones and increases one's overall height. By the end of puberty the cartilage is usually converted to bone which is referred to as "closing" of the growth plates.
I'm sure the only way HGH can stimulate growth is if your growth plates are still "open" and the only way you can tell if the plates are open is with an X-ray.
Dont rely totally on what I'm saying. There's a lot more knowledgable guys and gals on here that will give you a more informative view.
Still with the use of AS,,,,,,I'd look at your diet and training before you even consider it. If that's all good then maybe AS might be the way forward?????????

    Advising what to a kid??????????
I've never said, and would never say that anyone should use AS and I think i started my reply with the fact that he is only 18!!!!! All I have said is that when he feels that his diet and training are right on then he may want to think about AS, not to jump straight on them!

Not what is advised on this forum Robocop. The OP is too young to use AAS safely so there is no possibility to advise properly.
To continue to do so is a good way to earn the door prize...

You can still grow a couple more inches anyway. Lots of people do even after 18.

Sleep is the best way to get the most bang for your buck re: producing growth hormone. It is a couple hours after falling asleep you get the heaviest gh pulse in a 24 hr period. And to really help? go to bed early and I am being very serious since nature's circadian rythem likes to produce gh before cortisol kicks into wake-up mode so you want to grab the gh pulse before this happens. Sleep is when you GROW. Plain and simple. Think about babies. They sleep all day and grow grow grow.
Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.
