Calorie count seems a bit high. Your maintanance should be around 2600, so a figure of 2100 is what you should start at.
Need to bring in greens to your meals, broccoli etc. Use 4 egg whites in meal one instead of whey. Same in meal 5.
Maybe sub the banana for some oats after workout. Don't rely on whey as main protein sources in food meals.
