Where to start as a newbie

    I'm 27, weight 173, height 6ft.

My workout for the last year is pretty aggressive but my diet could use some improvements which I'm willing to make. I have not see any gains (bulking) other than some definition with all my hardwork. I want to start taking some test but there are way too many terms going around which I researched but do you guys suggest a starting point. Something like a basic or a popular starting point? I know this is going to require a lot of research but any help is appreicated. Thanks!

A good place to go is the diet section. You really don't want to take test if you've not already making good gains on your own naturally. How long have you been working out for?

I've always been skinny and active. I've been seriously working out for about 2 years. I've tried various different diets to stimulate grown but genetically I'm built to be skinny. My hope is take test + something else to have the ability to work harder and gain about 20 pounds. I'm just not sure the pros and cons of a lot of stuff out there. Also the anti-E.. is that an issue for a lot of guys out there? Whats the downside of taking too much or when its not needed?

I'll check out the diet section also but I would like to also research the option of test plus other options. btw what is 250 when stating test e250? is that the amount in ml?

Really Bro hit the diet section first. If you take the time to post up what you are eating and listen to the pros over there you will make the gains you are looking for with out needing to use aas!

Thanks guys, I'll try the diet for another month or two. It just seems like no matter how much I eat, I can't gain weight. Anyway, if that doesn't work out as planned I'll be back..

your only eating enough to support 172lbs. steriods wont change that. Eat more and you will gain weight. it will be either fat or muscle. But do a cycle and you will end up down the road at 172lbs again
