Just some thoughts if i can, i start work usually around 7pm than once i get home from my shift i don't hit the bed until late, which i'm up around 10 - 10:30am to get at least 6 - 7 hours sleep in to grow. I want to go to the gym earlier during the day, so i'm not concentrating on fueling up before i go, since the fuel is vital for the workout, u reckon i could go and and still train hard with 2 cups of oats, egg whites, eggs and maybe 425g baked beans, than get home diet like crazy before work, anyone object?
