    Hey all... First timer from Scotland! Info is appreciated.

    Hey all Im a 30 year old male form Scotland. Ive been training on and off the last 10 years and the last year I seemed to have maxed out just a little short of where I want to get.
    Im 5'9 and currently 165lbs, 31" Waist 42"Chest and 15/16% body fat. My diet is good and I play football so get adequate cardio. Id like to increase my strength, and shred up with a slight increase in size.
    I have been stuck at this for the last year and Im struggling to shred up without loosing muscle.
    Can anyone recommend a light cycle for a fist time user. My thoughts were trying Anavar only then/and Clen??????

    At 5ft 9 165 you are on the light side Bro.Not busting on you but a guy who has their diet in check and a good base would weight around 180.All you need is a good diet hit the diet section post your diet with macros.They will put you on track.

    Cheers Songdog much appreciated! I think im eating plenty of protein I just cant seem to put on lean muscle any more Iv managed to bulk up from 154 lbs using diet alone the last year but I seem to have just hovered around the same 165 mark. If I up my calories I seem to start putting on fat rather than muscle!! Its getting frustrating! I get strength gains now but no real muscle gains and struggle to find the shredded look Im wanting.
