Hey all Im a 30 year old male form Scotland. Ive been training on and off the last 10 years and the last year I seemed to have maxed out just a little short of where I want to get.
Im 5'9 and currently 165lbs, 31" Waist 42"Chest and 15/16% body fat. My diet is good and I play football so get adequate cardio. Id like to increase my strength, and shred up with a slight increase in size.
I have been stuck at this for the last year and Im struggling to shred up without loosing muscle.
Can anyone recommend a light cycle for a fist time user. My thoughts were trying Anavar only then/and Clen??????
