Ok, so I know that prepackaged meals are NOT the way to diet. However, my schedule has changed dramatically on me and I just do not have time to cook for myself anymore. I really don't want to start eating fast food and all that junk because it is convenient so I need some options. I was looking at some Healthly Choice and Lean Cuisine meals which seem to cover my macros decent enough, but unfortunately they contain soooooo much sodium. Does anyone have any ideas of easy-to-cook meals, I mean like < 5 mins to prepare type meals?
