FAT: unsure of exact bodyfat % guessing around 15%
HEIGHT: 6'1
First cycle was x2 250mg test e week
had about a 4kg gain after pct.

consuming around 2800 calories daily
180grams carbs
300grams protein
30-50g fat
routine
monday- chest/shoulders/cardio
tuesday- legs/bi's
wednesday- kick boxing
thursday- back/tri's
friday - abs/alternate week by week between chest/back/bis
saturday- rest
sunday - kickboxing
Trying to lean out abit before summer and lose a little weight for
kickboxing
any advice or critque will be much appreciated.
