I've ran over 5 cycle in my life. I'm 32yo 5'8 ht and 184 lb (on gear 190-200lb)..
Now, I'm sure that we all love when we're ON but what about when you're OFF.
After I run my pct I slowly start loosing weight and I just don't look as hard.. I have a big chest so when I'm ON my pecs look nice but wen I'm off they start looking loose and not as hard... I still have the body where you can tell I work out but it don't look as hard or deined as to when I'm on gear....... I'm curious, what do you guys do to keep that defined hard look? I see some fellas where they look good all year round, does that mean they never come off the gear????? Also, I know that time on + pct= time of before starting another cycle. Well all my cycles have been ran from 10-15 weeks so I have a long break... Do you all think it might be better to run an 8 week cycle instead so that I don't have a long time off..... Share you knowledge bothers....
