    How do these macros look for a cutting diet? (opinions please...)

    109g Carbs
    72G Fat
    302.1g Protein
    2310 Calories




    Are the fats to high? and should i lower the carbs a bit? need feedback please...

    here is my total diet.



    meal 1
    1 cup Brown Rice(1/4 cup uncooked is 160 calories. 1.5G FAT 4G protein and 35G Carbs)
    2 Eggs(160 calories, 10 G fat, and 14G protein. and 0 Carbs)
    1 scoop Whey powder(110 calories, 1G fat, 2G carbs, 24G protein)
    37g Carbs
    12.5g Fat
    42g Protein
    430 Calories


    Meal 2


    4 oz Chicken Breast(110 calories, 22G protein,2.5G fat. 0 carbs)
    2 Eggs(160 calories, 10 G fat, and 14G protein. and 0 Carbs)
    1 tbsp Peanut Butter(100 calories, 8G fat, 3 Carbs, 3.5G protein)
    3g Carbs
    20.5g Fat
    39.5g Protein

    Most importantly how are my daily macros looking? Are they at the correct levels? carbs in good range? fats in good range? protein in good range? --- for my calories that i am at...

    I am 175 pounds...


    I really would like to have my good base back that i used to have to slowly bulk up with little fat gains... and i want to do it right, and really need opinions on how my daily macros look.... my first cut... please knowledgeable people. i am begging for ur experienced opinions...

    5.5g Fat
    95g Protein

    Take some fish oil or peanut butter in this meal before bed
