    SuperNova H4 and Tendons??

    Hi all,

I previously tore my rotator cuff (approx 6 months ago) and had surgery to repair.

Previous to this, I took some Stanozol which I believe the cause to weakening my tendon.

I have come across the SuperNova H4 product which has good reviews, however when doing some research, it turns out it contains Halodrol which I read up somewhere can weaken tendons.
The last thing I want to do damage my shoulder again and go through the process and surgery again etc.

Does anyone know if the dosage of Halodrol in SuperNova H4 or anything else in it can cause Tendon weakening??

    Thanks!

its not going to repair your shoulder. only time and rehab will

I dont want it to repair my shoulder..

I want it to help me regain muscle.. I just dont want it to do more damage to the tendon!

any aas or prohormone is going to strengthen muscle faster than a tendon, so you are likely to get injured again. i did my rotator last nov and the only thing that has helped has been leaving out exercises that hurt it. im on trt so im constantly on test, it was a constant battle with anti inflamms and of one step forward and two back until i resigned myself to the fact that certain shoulder and chest exercises had to go, im only getting pain free now. my hospital consultation isnt until next apr

the only thing that will help tendon recovery is HGH, IGF-1, and the GH secretologues

AAS wont do that, and would actually hamper recovery if anything due to decreased collagen synthesis and increased stress on the tendon.

Im not taking it to help recovery in any way.

I had surgery 6 months ago, and am back to light weights (5kg tops).

I want to take it to help regain lost muscle.

My only concern is whether it will damage my tendon again..?

    Thanks

the PH wont directly harm the tendon, but the added stress from 'gain of muscle, strength' will harm it. Not a good idea, and most androgens decrease the synthesis of collagen which is paramount to tendon repair

Sure, if you overlook the steroids that do increase collagen sythesis, like: nandrolone, primo, anavar, and EQ.

a six month run on hgh did absolutely nothing to help my shoulder, so dont rely on that as an expensive magic tool

    nandrolone doesnt increase collagen synthesis.
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20673248
"responded equally to AAS, showing reduced flexibility, which is suggested to increase the risk of tendon rupture in AAS consumers"
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7778710
Biochemical testing revealed no change in qualitative immunofluorescence staining with Type III collagen or fibronectin

anavar has only been shown in severe burn patients and deep laceration, and its mainly SubQ collagen, not tendons.
it has an indirect effect of 'growth' by suppressing cortisol (block degradation)

and since primo can bind to the ER, that stimulates growth also. yet that is mainly in the vessels and bones not in muscles.

And the growth that does occur, actually makes most of them less compliant to stress which = increased injury because they cant handle the stress.

The only real good things that can help heal tendonious injuries is HGH, IGF-1, *MGF is debatable*, and the GH secretlogues (by increasing natty GH)

and after reading alot of those 'info' threads about the topic, funny that NONE of them actually have sources listed... and the ones that do, after reading them dont agree with what the author is claiming.

dont take anything. Everyone already said it. The increase in muscle and strength from running something will probably injure your shoulder again

    Ok thanks I wont..
For educational purposes, any products which helps increase muscle at a rate quicker than the tendon (not sure how quick tendons gain strength relative to muscles), puts your tendon at risk?

I am taking Creatine at the moment, I hope that doesnt cause any issues.
