2 weeks to go and I caught a freakin cold last weekend. I also got sunburned in the tanning bed Sunday (new bulbs) so I've been feeling like overall shit. So, I took the last 2 days off from the gym, stayed strict with the diet, and I'll be back tonight to blast legs. Small obstacles on the path to shrededness

OK, I hit legs last night and actually felt stronger! I guess taking 2-3 days off can do that for you. 8 more days of strict dieting and cardio and I should be at my goal. hopefully

10 egg whites (1 yoke)
1 scoop whey isolate protein (w/ 5g glutamine) in water
1/2 cup oatmeal

1 Myoplex shake
Meal 3 12:30pm
2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup lima beans
1/2 Tablespoon natty PB
Meal 4 4pm
same as meal 2
Meal 5 7pm
post workout shake
(4 scoops Nlarge2 with 10g glutamine)
Meal 6 8pm
2 chicken breasts/or steak/or 2 cans tuna
1 sweet potato
1/2 cup lima beans
WATER
Meal 7 10pm
2 scoops whey isolate protein
(w/ 5 g glutamine)
mixed in WATER
1/2 Tablespoon Flax oil
roughly 350g protein, 250g carbs, 35g fat per day

My right bicep is a full 1/2 inch bigger than the left. R is 17 1/2", L is 17". The right one has a peak, but the left one doesn't. It's weird but my left one actually has been feeling stronger recently...go figure.
I put this pic up because I think it's my weakest pose. My chest kind of disappears when I raise my arms up and my lats lose their width a bit. I've got a long torso, which doesn't help here. Plus, I can't make my waistline look smaller in this type of pose. I hope to add some thickness to my upper body this summer while I bulk to give the appearance that my waistline is smaller than it is (actually about 33 1/2" now).

im no bf calculator, ive never really tried too make a bf estimation, but its definately in the single digits.
regardless, looking fucking rad pumpseeker.(yes, i do use the expression rad on occasion)
