Thread: anadrol, test e, tren e, eq

    anadrol, test e, tren e, eq

    stats:
    height - 5'10"
    weight - 176lb
    body fat - not positive prob around 9-10%
    age - 23
    3 cycles

    cycle:
    week 1-16 test e 600mg a week
    week 1-8 tren e 400mg a week
    week 1-6 anadrol 50mg when wake up, 50 mg before bed
    week 8-16 eq 400mg-500mg a week

    diet:
    preworkout: 1 scoop protein, 1 apple
    meal 1: 1/2 cup egg beaters 1 whole egg, 1 cup oatmeal
    meal 2: 2 scoops protein
    meal 3: turkey sandwich, 1 apple
    meal 4: 2 scoops protein, 1/4 cup oats, 1tsp peanut butter
    meal 5: 2 turkey burgers or 7 oz chicken breast, 1 side salad or 1 cup broccoli, 1 baked potato.
    meal 6: 2 scoops protein, 1/4 oats, 1 tsp peanut butter.

    training:

    Monday: chest and biceps
    Tuesday: back and triceps, cardio
    Wednesday: legs
    Thursday: shoulders, cardio
    Friday: biceps and triceps

    I started my anadrol last week, im getting good pumps from it. i started my test and tren injections yesterday, my injections will be on monday and thursday.

    headed for fail on that diet and you are also on the young side for this

    hahaha good luck bro 3 cycles 176 at your height zzzzzz. my grandma could lift more then me on that cycle...i am sure you should some freaky strength gains. good luck.

    Worked good compared to what? Your other "diets"? If you ask for a opinion and a expert gives you one you don't like and you wont listen too, then why even bother asking to begin with? You obviously got it all figured out, with your 4 protein shakes everyday and all. You should listen to the advice you ask for or don't ask for it, your diet sucks bro and you don't know what a good one is so how could you begin to compare the two?

    i think you took what i said wrong. i just said it has worked for me and said thanks for the input. so i took in the fact i need to make it better. i never said i was good at making a diet thats why i posted. so you flaming on me was pointless when you didnt even know that i took his advice.

    my weight is down from having mono and not being able to do much. so i havent been able to put it all back on.

    i'll be honest, thats a shitload of compounds and very unnecessary imo, a waste of health and money, throwing compounds in doesnt make the muscle, you know.

    you've way too much liquid protein in that diet and tbh your workout plan isnt well structured.

    also, are you aware of the dangers of using before your natty system has developed properly?

    i dont have the eq yet it wasn't set in stone but i posted it up because i was thinking about it. i will take some of the shakes out and replace with food. also i am aware of all the dangers.

    i want to say my .02 but i cant because im younger than this kid. but take it from me, being younfer than you and using more gear than you, be prepared for side effects, both short term and long term.....you need to consiously tihnk about all the possible outcomes of this BESIDES the strength gains (you wont gain mass on a calorie deficit diet,....yes i said deficit, because the one you posted is even LESS then the diet im using to get ready for a show), just be sure youve gone over your possibilities before pinning
