preworkout: 1 scoop protein, 1 apple
meal 1: 1/2 cup egg beaters 1 whole egg, 1 cup oatmeal
meal 2: 2 scoops protein
meal 3: turkey sandwich, 1 apple
meal 4: 2 scoops protein, 1/4 cup oats, 1tsp peanut butter
meal 5: 2 turkey burgers or 7 oz chicken breast, 1 side salad or 1 cup broccoli, 1 baked potato.
meal 6: 2 scoops protein, 1/4 oats, 1 tsp peanut butter.
training:
Monday: chest and biceps
Tuesday: back and triceps, cardio
Wednesday: legs
Thursday: shoulders, cardio
Friday: biceps and triceps
I started my anadrol last week, im getting good pumps from it. i started my test and tren injections yesterday, my injections will be on monday and thursday.
