    Thats the nicest highschool gym I've ever seen...and those kids are retards. What a great spotter. I'd punch that kid if that happened to me and he was supposed to be spotting.

    Im a personal trainer and I see this kind of crap all the time....when ever I try to teach these kids how to properly lift they say to me "No Im on a program" or "Im alright I know what Im doing" and my respons "Hows that working for ya?" or "You sure you know what your doing, then I lift my shorts up and say cuz I really really know what Im doing! so If you want to listen Id be more then happy to teach you proper form"....to much ego!
