    Trapped nerve in elbow

I have got a trapped nerve in my elbow, its not golfers elbow or tennis elbow, its the 'funny bone' nerve, i have been to the quack and he says to rest it, like yeah right?

So how do i go about recovery while still maintaining or growing my arms ?

I seem to aggrivate most when i do exercises that require my arm to be at 90 degrees, bench press , skull crush etc etc

anybody else with a history of trhis ?

It's the ulna nerve. I've known 2 people that had this happen and both required surgery to get nerve back in the groove.

Yea definitely ulnar nerve, had to get it transposed when I got my TJ surgery. There's really nothing else you can do, it's annoying as F cause I'm sure your pinky and ring fingers fall asleep all of the time. That's what happened to me
