Hey - JUST turned 23.
A friend got me Nox2 for my Bday.
Been working out since last June.
Current stats are
5.9 169lbs.
I would consider myself to be causally(sp) athetic at the moment.
Any things I should know as I begin to train with Nox2?
I know - Plenty of water is key.
How intense should I train?
DIet?
