    need some guidance guys!

    I need some help with my diet guys i wanna bulk up but I've been reading and obviously i can't eat any and everything so if anyone can help would surely be appreciated

    Post current diet and times. And take the word "cant" out of your vocabulary cause you "can" do anything you put your mind too. Good luck and train hard.

    Well i.run heavy equipment so its kinda hard to.eat at certain times so i try to eat when i can but in the mornings at 5:30 i eat 3 eggs and a turkey wrap with a little cheese, around 9 i eat another wrap or some kinda snack, then lunch time i eat out mostly so bojangles, mc donalds etc. Then when i get home around 6:30 7:00 i eat a little something like some ravioli or oatmeal jus anything really then around 9 or so ill snack and that's about it!

    CAn you pack a little cooler or lunch box with you? to take to work? would this be allowed?

    Perfect. Then I strongly suggest you have a weekly cooking marathon where you prepare a week of meals and have them sorted out in some tupperware ready to be packed in a cooler/bag so when lunch comes you eat REAL food and not junk....
    this is how the pros do it. They cook all day to prepare meals. Can you do this?

    5:30 2 eggs and 4 eggs in egg whites and oatmeal
    9am. 6-8oz chicken breast with brown/white rice
    12pm Turkey wrap (6oz of lean turkey) and veggies which could be placed in wrap
    2-230pm 1-2 cups of almonds
    530pm 6-9oz steak two baked potatoes and green veggies
    9pm 6-8oz chicken breast with brown/white rice 2cups

    This is just is an idea. This is something that could be done on a heavy work schedule. Feel free to ask any questions.

    Im 6'1" @ 177 pounds and not sure what bf% im at but im very lean if that helps!
