Getting in and out of Brighton today was a nightmare.

It was supposedly, 2 degrees hotter than the Carribean today and about 4 degrees hotter than Oz, who are supposed to be going from Spring to Summer...

on a slight tangent, I was looking forward to my layover in Frankfurt. You know, Octoberfest weekend? Looking forward to a couple of Weisen beers and some brauts. then I noticed my itenerary, and realized only a 1 hour layover???? And I was REALLY looking forward to a nice long layover. bummer!

October is sooooo beautiful here too (New Hampshire, New England). Changing leave colors, the smell of wood burning, perfect temp with light breezes, all the fall decorations around. We threw on sweaters and mountain biked around down town, ate lunch at 1 of the main street cafe's outside, and bumped into 2 friends that were strolling the main street ~a great weekend!
Too bad we stored our kayaks for the winter allready, cuz tomorrow would be a great day for a stream run and picnic
