    Hi

    Hi all

    Over the last 1-2 yrs I have been working out alot, Mostly walking. I have lost about 40lbs. My husband that reads these forums alot b/c he is now on TRT and takes shots every week, thinks I walk too much, but what does he know.lol

    We went to a girl trainer last week and she kinda said the same thing, but she also said I should get my hormone lvls checked out and maybe see about HRT too. Im 38 and have no ideal if this is good or not. Im NOT doing shots.

    He has asked me acouple times to make an account here so I could read and ask questions in the girl section.

    I most likely wont post alot but I do have some girl questions about my birth control and stuff.

    ummmm how the h3ll can you walk too much? hahahaha, its like 1 of the basic human movements lol, I have never heard of such a thing, esp if its a one of the few things your doing to get healthy ~ silly.

    If you can get your hormones checked, DEF do it! I would if I could afford it; even if you’re "healthy" a hormone check is a great idea.

    Birth control will affect you in MANY ways, def. get approval for lady only forum and post every question that pops in your mind

    Hi and Ty Sexy,
    About the walking I think the same thing. "MrBlack6"lol, thinks I have lost alot of muscle too along with the fat. I didnt eat well to start and have started eating better over the last 9 months. Nothing crazy but before I would eat just one meal a day (big one at night). Now I eat an egg for breakfast and PB & J for lunch, with Almonds as snacks, then diner.

    I walked maybe 8 miles a day. I have kinda cut back some and have lifted some weights, but IDK. When I do I start gaining weight again.

    I'll talk to later in the ladies forum.

    I dont think it turned "Pink" yet. Do I need to do something else?

    hi..you will need to personally request to turn pink. It is easy. Just ask in the thread which has in red IMPORTANT "Ladies please look here to learn to gain access to the Private Female forum" and simply make a post stating you want to turn pink. I would post the link but it might take awhile for this actual post to show up with a link included. The thread is located right above your thread in this forum.....

    I used to walk alot, and "alot" to one person may not be that much to another. If walking makes you happy, AND improves your health, then more power to you!
