Thanks, GB. Thing is, I'm really not too worried about gaining a bit of body fat. I'm an ectomorph and, on top of that, I'll be going on a 14 week cut around Jan or Feb next year. Just trying to put on as much size as I can right now.
What I'm mostly concerned about is will I benefit from the carbs from these fruits as far as putting on size? Obviously, more complex carbs would be superior; but how do you feel about the cals from the fruit? Will they help? Please remember we're talking about gaining lbm here; not concerned about any potential fat gain.
