Hi all. I am 21 years old, and am just starting to work out hard. I am 6'2" tall and weigh about 190 LBS. I don't want to take steroids any time soon because of how young I am, but I could use some advice on training supliments. I have tried a few pre and post workout drinks as well as protein powders but I can't tell a big difference. I would also like some suggestions on diet and training.
Im open to any suggestions or ideas. Thanks.
