    Log until the new year

    I am going to post a log for everything I take, eat, and all workouts. I will add my blood work also. Everything I post will be a day behind. I'll copy my wo journal at the end of each night.

    I'm 6'2 234.8lbs around 10%bf (I will have bf tested next week)

    My nutritionist advised me to keep my fat under 200g (how low do you think I should drop the fat?) what should i add in place? Should I try and hit 5000cals? And take my protein to 450-500?

    I am using clen for two reasons:

    1. I want to fight any catabolic effects due to being off aas.
    2. I don't want my fat to go over 12% (even through my winter aas mass cycle)

    What cycle were you on and when did it end? Full PCT? Using clen as a bridge!?

    You will be better controlling your bodyfat through proper cals and macro's during your bulk.

    Do you know what your actual maintenance cals are?

    As for fats, 20% max. That's about 100g based on 4700 cals.

    No offense to your nutritionist, but I hate when people advise this way. I would always advise based on percentages, not 'magical' numbers.

    I like fats between 15-20% of total calories. Preferably on the lower end of that. Never less than 10% or you're asking for problems.

    As Stem said, 100g fat is roughly 20% of 4700 calories - and since 20% is the most i'd go, you're over by double - 40% of the diet is fat!!! Remember that of the 3 macro nutrients, fat is most easily stored as bodyfat. Fats definitely have their place in the diet, but can easily be overeaten and negate even the best efforts.

    Personally, i'd have my fats around 90g @ 4700 calories.

    PS - if your nutritionist DID advise you based on percentages, thereby advising you to consume 40% of your diet in the way of fats, i'd find a new nutritionist urgently.

    My original diet was 5000 cals 200g of fat 400 grams of carbs and 400 grams of protein.

    I've done three steroid cycles

    My previous cycle: 20 wks total

    10wks anti estrogen Nolvdex 10-20 mg per day AI arimidex .5mg eod
    anadrol 65mg per day 4wks
    test 400 (200mg enanthate 200mg cyponiate) 800mg per week
    EQ 600mg per week
    10 days of hcg 500mcg per day

    6 wks AI letro (2.5mg per week) cabergolone (slight prolactin induced gyno)
    Test prop 700mg per week
    tren a 350mg per week
    masterone 350mg per week

    4wks (slightly over trt dose because I usually crash really hard after a cycle so I thought I'd try tapering off a little...)

    Test prop 300mg per week
    winstrol 25mg per day

    Throught the cycle I took cjc 1293/ghrp2 300mcg per day
    hgh frag 500mcg per day
    clen 4wks on 2 off throught
    keto 1g ever night

    pct: 5wks total
    I had a few clomid so I took 50mg per day for about 10days
    nolvadex 40mg for two weeks
    nolvadex 20mg for two weeks
    nolvadex 10mg for 1 week

    I have been off my pct for 1 month Friday and I will be getting blood work then. (I'll post results)

    my heaviest weight during this cycle was 248 and was just over 9% bf

    I would love to compete. I've wanted to be a bodybuilder since I was 9 years old looking at bodybuilding magazines in the grocery store with my grandmother. I got a gym membership in 7th grade (12 years old) to cut weight for wrestling and have been a gym addict ever since. The only thing holding me back is my refusal to loose. I will step on stage when I know I am ready to compete at a national level. I feel that once I can break 250lbs staying under 10% bf (off cycle) I will be ready to run a 16wk contest prep and be ready. My plan is to reach this goal by the end of summer 2012. This way I will have enough time to be in perfect form by November.

    I know I got a little carried away with my food intake today. My posts are a day behind because I add my journal at the end of the night so I will take everyone's advise to lower my fat tomorrow. My doctor gave me some anti depressants to help with some depression,anxiety, and panic attacks. (all due to coming off aas I get it every cycle. Ive never had these symptoms any time other than right after a cycle) and they make me sooooooo hungry. I seriously have to pull myself away from food even after 1000 calories. I don't know if I will be able to continue taking them for this reason but ill try a couple more days to make sure.

    I also get so hungry from my peptides. From what I've read its most likely from the ghrp. Im taking the 2 version which isn't suppose to make you as hungry as the 6 version (I couldn't imagine how that's possible)

    You sure are taking a lot for 23 with 3 cycles already under your belt plus ghrp too.

    Do you want to post some photos so the members can help you get to where you want to be with food and training so you can take a break from all of these compounds and get yourself back into a cleaner shape so you avoid the anti-depressants too. Clen could be adding to your anxiety also.

    Think about it. Getting clean. And posting pics....

    I'm currently in between three states with work, school (went back to college to finish my degree), and girlfriend. So currently my camera is in Chicago (1000 miles away). My girlfriend is coming in town on Wednesday and I am having her bring a camera to take pictures. Ill post as soon as I can.

    I will not be quitting steroids for a LONG time. I do plan to stay off until my total natural testosterone is over 700, my weight is 240lbs (under 12%bf), and I obtain every product I will or may need through the cycle, pct, and off time (growth hormone).

    I'm buying every growth kit I come across until I am able to run a decent amount (40mg a month) for at least 6 months. I started taking growth hormone a few weeks before the end of my 2nd cycle and continued it about a month into my last cycle (3rd cycle) and I barley lost any weight in my off cycle and lost 2% bf (without dieting)

    Before anyone starts talking shit about how HGH is taken in iu not mg do a little research first. Most people talk of hgh in terms of iu's which I don't understand because most kits have a different amount of mg in them.

    TOO MUCH for age 23. Just way too much. You already have a ton of gh and test. You are messing with your endocrine system big time.
    If at 23 you cannot achieve what you are after with food and training, then something is off.

    as far as im aware, 1mg = 2.7iu regardless of brand...its not really that difficult to backwards calculate

    I've only bought ug hgh and the one I get comes in 40mg kits. I've have herd that you should reconstitute it at 3iu per mg but I thought that was just a simple way to reconstitute it.
