Calcium magnesium with zinc pill. Will the Zinc absorb?

    So it's:
Elemental Calcium (From a complex of carbonate, citrate, malate, fumarate, succinate) 333mg
Magnesium (From a complex of oxide, citrate, malate, fumarate, succinate)
    167mg

    Zinc (Zinc gluconate) 20 mg

I read that you cant take zinc with calcium and it wont absorb. But the thing is that this is all in one pill. If this is true, then why would the company produce this?

    Rubbish

Zinc, calcium and magnesium are all alkaline minerals

They wont have any effect on the uptake each other

Zinc's absorption is only effected if you are taking a high calcium intake comparatively speaking

With the dosages posted in op's post with the calcium intake less than 1/3 of the RDA it will have very little impact
