All estrogen in the male body comes from the conversion of testosterone (and its precursors) via the aromatase enzyme.
Ok, and a negligible amount of E2 (estradiol) is secreted by the adrenal glands.
You would use an aromatase inhibitor (AI) to lower your levels of active aromatase.
Just keep reading until you know the basics. Questions are for when you can't easily find the info through google or just by lurking on the forums.

are you having gyno problems, are you on or have done a cycle? need more info. Look into chems like nolva ralox exemestane and letro.
