Nar no good man, does help it slightly but that's about it, I dread the season
imho, the whole point of this board is to help you maximize your health, along with muscular development.
maybe you should go to your doc, identify your allergies specifically, and then start an allergy shot regime so that you can build up a resistance and eventually no longer be allergic?

I've done everything, even takin injections before the seasons come, tried every drug under the sun, n the doctors told me that's just the way it is. Was just curious to know if it counter acted in muscle growth at all
weekly allergy shots - worked on my son, now (almost) allergy free
accupuncture - mom's best friend swears by it
the biggest factor would be a lack of intensity due to feeling crappy from the allergy, not necessarily the effectiveness of tissue growth at a cellular level by allergic individuals.
