    please critique my diet

Hi,my weight gain has stagnated, despite my eating liking a horse. Does this mean my natty limit is reached or is a tweat needed?

My stats are 43, 5' 11" 13st 1lb (183lb)and 12% bodyfat. I have a pt 4 times a week and started training 10 weeks ago (was 11st 13lb then(167lb)). Had done circuit training for years so was reasonably fit and toned. Ran a few sust and deca courses in my mid 20s so was reying on muscle memory as well as diet etc.

    8am meal1 shake. 52g protein 100g oats ts of peanut butter and olive oil 854 cals 63g p, 67g c,33g f
    10.30am2 200g chicken 62.5 g rice 342cals, 3g c,53g p,13g f. 262cals ,57g c,6g p
    1pm 3 same
    3.30pm 4 same
    5.30pm 5 200g salmon 400g mashed potato 260cals,42g p,9g f. 320 cals 56g c,6g f ,6g p
    train
8pm pwo shake (extreme nutrition build and recover) 260 cals 45g c,18g p
    9pm 6 1 hour after shake 250g mince,broccoli 435cals 17g f 67g p
    11pm 7 shake 52 g protein4g f, 5g c 270 cals
I'll also eat some nuts and fruit and advocado throughout the day and plenty of water. To me my diet seems pretty good so i need advice on why weight gain has stopped please

    3428cals
    377g protein
    353g carb
    100 fat

my bmr using the km formula 2141 and my tdee is 3318. Looking at those figures i guess i need to up my cals, but as i'm always full and bloated it might be a struggle haha

    kind regards

    Welcome Luther..

How much weight do you want to gain and in what time frame?

Hi,i was hoping to get to 14st(196lb) (lean gain) or 6 months training, whichever came soonest before doing a test e cycle. I'm 10 weeks in and a stone up (14lb)so not doing too bad and i fully appreciate natty gains will slow down the heavier i get, i just just wondered if there was anything blatantly obvious that i'm missing?

    Many thanks

Best thing you could do now?
List out your foods in a list format and what time of day with macros included for specific input....thanks
