    Angry Guidance from experienced lifters

I'm currently looking for guidance from experienced lifters I have been working out for quite sometime now and I just recently became a member here I've wanted to be huge and as reading what people have told me before I am too young to take steroids or prohormones at the age of 20. I know I need to eat my ass off and do cardio considering I havent ran since when I played football but since now it is bulking season and I am tryin to work on my strength is there anyone who can give me a work out plan and how often should I dO cardio?

Well I've been training ppl for a while now. Jus suggestion chest&bi back& Tri shoulders and legs limit cardio maybe 20 min at minimum pace. Stick to 6-8 reps 3 sets for your exercises. total each body part at 12 sets max. So chest (incline 3 sets) flat 3 sets and flys 3 sets ( higher reps 12-15) and yes eat a ton of calories and zma at night. Hope u get something from this

I think your split is fine. You could change your reps and sets from time to time. You could incorporate the 5/3/1 method.
Do the 5/3/1 for bench, squats and deads. Then do 4 to 5 sets of 8 to 15 reps for other exercises.

food will get you huge, the lifting is the easy bit. ive always gone back to the simple 3 day split over the years, anything else just usually led to injury.

    mon chest, delts and tri's

    wed legs and abs

    fri back and bi's
