My workout in the training section.
...still waiting for a Mod to "Approve" my cycle post in the AS section...soooo...
Hows about we shoot the shit until it gets approved??
Couple things come to mind...
First, whats the deal with everyone jumping on the BF%, i mean i see guys post pics, dont get me wrong, they could use to shed a few lbs of fat...but, many of you guys say "Your BF's too high to do a cycle"... cut and then come back with your questions....
I understand that sides are increased with the amount of fat stores, but whats the deal? Not everyone that uses AAS wants to be a BB or even wants to look like one!! Frankly, im more concerned with Strength and Power, then my abs or "vascularity"...I know scores of guys that train for Strength, have a BF% over 15% and use AAS....side free mind you.
Just a couple names...Scott Mendelson (biggest bench), chuck vogelpohl (biggest squat), Donnie Thompson (biggest all time total), Brian Shaw (Worlds StrongestMan)...ill stop there, i could go on and on and on....all these guys have BF much higher then some of the guys that post on here and receive criticism...all these guys clearly use AAS!!! Would you tell them too diet down before doing a cycle????
Oh yeah...fyi...im currently 190lbs 13%BF and compete in the 181's at around 179-180lbs 10-12%BF....not cut by your guys standards but STRONG and Happy!!
Enlighten me please....hopefully we get a few PoweLifters and Strongmen in here that can validate the need for that little xtra weight.
