Ok here’s the tale of the tape:
30 yr old
5’9
Now 249 lbs from 315 lbs
About 30% (Not sure what exact % is atm)
Been weight training for 2 years
Can workout any day of the week
Now the goal. I want to hit below 10% body fat by June and I am looking to take the ECA stack with Clen sub. My diet is going to be as clean as possible (Tuna chicken breast veggies, oatmeal the usual)
I plan on doing very high intensity weight and cardio training 4 days a week. My problem is I do not want to loose any muscle that I’ve put on in the last 6 months. I made some very good gains. Ran tren twice and LOVED it.
The only issue I have is I have asthma which developed in the past yr or so, but other than that I am in perfect health. Blood test can back with beautiful results. A little over normal for kidney toxic lvl, but we’re talking like .5 over norm and I can blame tren for that which I will not be running until June so I’m good there.
I will take many pictures and document this road trip and post them here. That's more for my discipline then anything.
What other suggestions if any do you guys have? Am I on the right track or can you help improve my plan?
