What is the best phone app?

    Hi guys,
I searched and I searched for a good app to log my weights, number of reps, and WO routine?

I thought of creating my own spreadsheet and put it on google docs then log in from my iphone in the gym. I can be even more creative and create graphs to show my progress over time.

Is there any already made app for that?

i use gym buddy. it has pre loaded exercises and you can add your own. it will track your progress, sets, reps along calories burned when doing cardio. you can also back up your workout information on their website.

No offence... but bodybuilding.com or bodyspace has the exact same application and they have an app which has what you seek.

But IMHO... its all fkn stupid anyhow.. but thats what you seek... enjoy!

Yea, Jefit is fantastic and easy. Has all kinds of interesting exercises and animations of what they look like if you don't recognize them by name.

I have tried a bunch of apps to do with weight training; One in particular that I like is called "Pushing Weight". Basically it records sets/reps etc but in addition will show you on a calender when you worked legs, or back, or did cardio. I just got it but seems pretty good.
