i am planning to go on to gear, want to know, is it okay to use salt being on gear? any guidance will be appreciated? can i consume less, moderate or none at all? please help.

Weird question.... salt being your concern before running a cycle!
It depends on what gear you plan to use. Salt will increase water retention and elevate blood pressure. Some gear has similar effects. I wouldn't be too worried about salt though tbh...
If you plan out your diet, you will know how much you are getting...and it won't be much.
If you plan on eating lots of pizza, mac-n-cheese and packaged meals, then you are probably headed down the wrong path any way.
