PCT for 1st cycle (test-e)

I just started my cycle today. 500mg/wk test-e for 10 weeks. will be running AI. Starting pct 2 weeks after last injection

nolva-40/20/20/20
clomi-100/50/50/50

does that look ok ? from the info ive gathered on this site, that looks like a pretty standard pct. any advice or changes I should make ? should I taper off the clomi in the last week or just keep it at 50 ?

clomid 70/35/35/35
nolva 40/20/20/20

What Ai are you running during cycle?

Adex....what dosage would you recommend for that ? From what I've read .5 eod is pretty standard, or I guess it could vary, just depending on if you are seeing sides or not ?

arimidex at .5 eod is a good starting dosage. Good luck with your cycle.
