what to use for first time user

I can help myself to any ROID out there. Just not sure what to use or start with. I have never used and plan to. I did a lot research but still can't get a right answer.
Tren, Deca, d-bol, wins etc etc what do I use or stack. If I start with Deca and tren do I need test. Or just don't use Tren and use Deca with test.????????so hard and confusing

First cycle just use test e 250 twice a week , so monday and thursday. So basically 500mg a week. If u really want to run dinabol for the first 4 weeks to kick start ur cycle at around 30mg if u want to put on some bulk. But def DO NOT USE TREN ON UR FIRST CYCLE.

I don't think you should be recommending him anything, until you find out more about his diet and training. I guarantee his bf% is much to high to start any kind of cycle. 180 pounds at 5'3 is heavy.

u cant determine some1s body fat due to there weight, they could be 200 prounds and bf be only 10%, i thought its best to tell him what not to take then him taking deca or tren as his firsy cycle

I'm not saying you can perfectly determine somebodies weight. I said, you should wait to get more information before you through out any cycle ideas. He said he's "average mexican size". Does that sound like he's naturally put on a good solid muscular base? No. I aslo didnt say this guy is DEFINITELY to high in body fat. But most of the guys who post on here with his kind of stats are.

I am built on top and thighs. Just have some fat on belly. Not a hole lot. Like I said been going to gym for 3 years and take care of what I eat.

Well, I'm not trying to sound like a jerk, but I think you should keep a good diet, and bulk with food, not gear. 3 years isn't a lot of time training. If you insist on using aas, i'd go and take a look at the steroid profile forum. Do some serious, serious research, and then decide if you really want to use. I know you want to hear something along these lines " a perfect first cycle roid is___"

start with test just to see if you feel good on it since it is the base for most cycles. try to get as low BF before you start using

Your friend is an idiot. Start with either Test E or Anavar.

talk 2 ur freind in 5 years and see if he still has those gains and what his body is like . also say if u take tren deca dbol and test for ur first cycle and ur alergic to one of them or react funny how are u goign to no which one caused it. start with test only but if u really want a second 4 weeks of d-bol is suggested but first should just be test e 500 a week, and get ur hands on same AI and SERMS there the most important thing, and if u dont no what they then u have alot more reasearch to do
