I am 5'10 187 at 9.1% BF. Have been up to 202lbs and have been at 7.9%bf both at different times of course.
I just got word from a BB buddy of mine that I will be in a amateur comp for the first time this coming may. I have gyno surgery scheduled for feb and I should have ample time to recover from it.
I am looking to gain about 20 lbs which I am confident I will achieve with my diet and training. I will be posting my weight changes weekly and updating my lifts daily (well on days I workout anyways). This is more of a thread for me to look back at and see what happened and when it happened than anything else.
My first cycle was about a year ago. I took prop and tren a which was adviced by my older bro. I ran 450test 350tren for 3 weeks at which point I stopped because I could not handle the sides from the tren. I gained 14 lbs in that time.
I was advised by my BB buddy this cycle:
Week 1-14Test 800
Week 1-12Deca 600
Week 1-10Tren 500
Week 1-4 Dbol 50mg
Week 8-12 Winny 50mg
Seems like too much stuff for me even if I am gonna be competing. Plus I dont know if I ever wanna touch tren again. He already got this stuff for me and the vials are sitting here right beside me but I don't want to take all of that.
What I wanna do is this:
Week 1-14 T400 600mg
Week 1-12 Deca 450mg
Week 1-4 Dbol 25mg
He is saying it is foolish to do a cycle like this without winny as I need that hardness. I am thinking about doing t3 on cycle at 50mcg and holding off on the winny. At the end of my cycle and after surgery if I feel I need winny I will take it but I would like to keep substances to a minimum. I don't plan to make this my only cycle so I dont wan't to build a tolerance and have to use more gear next time.
So even though I firmly believe my cycle is much better than his idea he is not gonna get off my case until some people agree with me.
I also attached two pictures of myself. I wont be posting a picture of my front until before comp time because of the gyno. I also will not be posting pics of my legs because I strained my right hammy and dislocated my left knee within the past 3 months so they are lacking a bit but again I will post them before comp. I will post full on before and after pics.
