I would personally go 400mg at 12 weeks.
While recovery will be slightly more difficult with a longer cycle (are you using hCG?), I feel like slow-and-steady is a more realistic way to put on and keep muscle.

i highly doubt you would be able to tell the differance between 400 and 500mg per week so id go with the lower one and do a full 12 weeks imho....as far as gains between one and the other that would be minimal as well....if your growing on 400mg then save higher doses for later cycles...good luck...
12wk IMO is a better cycle, i think youll get more growth with 2 extra wks than with 100mg extra a wk
