Haven't seen this discussed so I figure I'd ask. Since it is a short ester and levels rise and fall quick, is there a sweet spot somewhere in there where you would yield the greatest results from workouts?
I know the whole point is to keep a steady blood level but just wondering if there is a peak where it becomes most effective. Im pinning eod and sometimes it falls on an off day and I kind of feel like it goes to waste. Is this assumption completely wrong? If so, I'll stop worrying about it.
