    Bulk diet check Test E cycle

    Running a Test E cycle for 15 weeks at 500mg.

    I am 185 pounds 10-12% BF

    Looking for clean/lean gains hopefully lose BF to

    Diet is:

    3484 Calories 312.5 Protein 351 Carbs 92.5 Fat

    -Chicken
    -Brown Rice
    -Shakes
    -Protein Bar
    -Wheat bread/wheat pasta
    -red meat (not very often)


    does this diet seem good for my goal of lean gains and for my weight?

    You need to list all meals with times and detailed macro's to get an accurate opinion.

    Calories might be a touch low. Your maintanance should be around 2800. You could do a lot better than protein bars with whole foods. Minimize the shakes to the PWO and maybe breakfast. Needs oats for carbs, eggs, cottage cheese, fish for protein, broccoli for greens and peanut butter, nuts and omega 3 for fats.

    Agreed about listing the diet in the proper format - i.e. time of day for each meal, complete/accurate macros for each, and daily totals. Agreed as well about protein bars (more so than shakes) - they'd be a last resort for me. If you need something quick/easy and convenient, make your own.

    Doubt very much that calories are too low however. 3500 is probably plenty IMO, but you'll need to monitor your progress and adjust as needed.

    Thanks for the input guys, I work full time and go to school. Yes i am going to be using a lot of fillers, but food is food calories are preety much calories (except dem sugar carbs). anyways here is what it would look like:

    Meal 1 (7am): shake two scoops, protein bar, bannana

    Meal 2 (10am): 3 pieces chicken, 1 1/2 cups brown rice cooked

    Meal 3 (1pm): 3 mcdoubles

    Meal 4 (3pm): Wheat Bagel 2 scoops shake

    Meal 5 (6pm): 3 piece chicken, 1 1/2 cups brown rice

    Meal 6 (9pm): 2 scoops shake, bannana

    3.5k cals 312 pro 351 carbs 92 fat


    following IIFYM diet this should workout go ahead and flame me but tell me what you would change, just remember i barely have time to cook and low cash budget. I know a lot is wrong with this just need constructive critcisim
