    New Diet

Pin GH, eat 4 eggs, hit the bike for 35-40 cardio.

Meal 1: Bowl of Kashi or Smart Balance with Almond Milk and Banana
Weight Gainer (Enormass) I do this to get the extra calories and protein cause its hard to get food down for me in the AM.

    Workout, Cardio
    Post Workout Shake (After Shock)

Meal 2: Streak, Spinach, Avocado, Cashews, Mushrooms, 1/2 cup brown rice, V8

    Snack, Banana w/Almond Butter

Meal 3 Fish, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Mushrooms, Craisens, Avocado 1/2 cup brown rice cooked, V8

Syntha 6 before bed. (Not changing this, its heaven in a glass)

What else can I add or subtract or both? I am feeling really good and looking good as well.

If you could re post this with meal times and macros it would be easier to critique.

Is your am cardio meant to be fasted?

4 whole eggs has alot of fat. Change it to 1 whole with 4 or more whites. A banna whith almond butter isn't the best snack. Go for a protein shake or a tin of tuna. I'm not sure about your breakfast. Oats are a healthier alternative.

What is your goal? Cutting or bulking?

Fats are good but you should always take fats with protein. Not fats with carbs eg banana and almond butter.
Also there are better alternative to fats (efa's) egg yolks such as fats from fish, fish oil, flax seed oils or even have nuts or your almond butter in the morning.
I would suggest going for carbs in the morning over fats and keep your fats for later in the day. IMO.

Any macro including protein that's eaten indiscriminately can lead to bodyfat gain. Like the other 2 macros, fats have their place. However all fats aren't created equally. I usually do 1 whole egg to every 3 whites to keep this in check.
