Hey well first off I am 6ft 5 and weigh 230 in pretty decent shape I'm in the military so I'm tryin to better my self I've been workin at it for around 4 years recently I did a 10 week cycle of winnie and my strength went up I'm now tryin to do a winnie and test stack and wondered if anyone had good advice I'm not tryin to blow up just get alittle bigger and stronger I am aware of pct. And have done my own research and read many threads so save me the sillyness please just useful comments would be appreciated ....
