how many dead lifts sets should I be doing?
I know only to do them once a week

I usually do 1 light, 1 moderate then 2 till failure. So 4 sets I guess.
i go:
60kg 8reps
100kg 8reps
140kg 6reps
180kg 4reps
200kg 6reps
220kg 4reps
240kg 2reps
250kgs 2reps
if im not feeling strong on a particular session i'll cut that session short at 200kgs
i work deads for strength only and only every 2wks, strength is the only thing they should be used for imo, not a high rep exercise
