Question Can someone take a look at my diet

Currently on an all out bulk, 205lbs before I started my cycle one week ago and honestly have not been near a scale since. Bodyfat was about 13-14% but lost alot of lean mass since my last cycle due to some issues with opiates. Anyways here is what my diet looks like and be mindful that I am a full time college student strapped for cash
    Meal 1: 6 eggs scrambled
bowl of frosted mini wheats with 2%milche
    dbol

Meal 2: One can of tuna mixed with mayo on white bread
    peanut butter

Meal 3: Whatever I decide to cook for dinner, usually pasta with one lb of ground beef or ground beef patties and mashed potatoes or filet mignon round that I got at aldis.

Preworkout: scoop of whey 23g protein

Postworkout: 4 scoops of mass gainer with 850 calories, 55g protein, 70g carbs

    Meal 4: 6 eggs scrambled

Before bed: cottage cheese or protein shake

I am not getting ready for the olympia or anything just trying to achieve my goals of getting to 19'' arms etc. and also reclimbing the bench press ladder after my pec tear to be able to put up at least 315 again. Any input would be appreciated.

You need to state the full marcos in order to get detailed advice, also meal times would help. Also how tall are you and what does the cycle consist of?

    ^^^ this.

But at a glance, doesn't look like a bulk diet to me. Potentially a get fat diet, but not a good 'bulk' diet to add quality lean mass. I also wouldn't be bulking at 14%, but that's just me.

Well what should I change then? How is it a get fat diet? Would overall excess calories and carbs be more determinant of that?

Foods such as white bread and frosted mini wheats wont aid you in achieving quality gains mate. If the protein shake before bed is whey, swap it for casein if you must have one. Also cooking dinner "whenever you decide" is probably not the right routine. If you're serious about a successful cycle, your eating has to be spot on. Eating proper foods at the right time of day is paramount. Overall, I dont think you're eatng enough and the absence of fibrous veggies in your diet is something you need to review.
