    Not reinventing the wheel

    Good Salad Mix

    Plethora of Baby Spinach
    Can of Tuna
    Half Avocado
    Cashews
    Yogurt Light Honey Mustard/ Tablespoon
    Tastes great and fills you up.

    w/weight gainer or protein shake if trying to add weight.

    ^^^ avacado + cashews = alot of fat. Sounds effing delicious - but high fat (albeit good fat, still calorie dense).

    PS - I don't think this meal, with all it's built in fat, would require any kind of weight gainer/supplemental shake no matter what the goal.
