^^^ avacado + cashews = alot of fat. Sounds effing delicious - but high fat (albeit good fat, still calorie dense).
PS - I don't think this meal, with all it's built in fat, would require any kind of weight gainer/supplemental shake no matter what the goal.
How should I tweak it?
First, post portion sizes and macros. Then we'll have something to work with.
