Hello!!I am 23 years old,6'2'' and 205 lbs.
I am looking for a clean diet to reach my goal of 10% body fat!!I am 16% right now!!I have looked on similar threads,but the diets seem to be full of egg whites,and also they seem to demand a lot of preparation which doesn't correspond to my current lifestyle of working and attending uni!!
I am not looking for an easy way out,just for alternatives so I could better stay disciplined on a clean diet!!
Any advice or diet plan??
