Getting back into the gym after 5 years off. 4 surgiers (wrist, ulner nerve, bicep tendon twice (2nd time was after I tore it off after 1st surgery while sleeping)
I'm 36 5ft 11, 195. Not sure on bodyfat but I'm a shadow of my former self. I could of been doing cardio this whole time but was pretty down not being able to lift and other things. But have a long rode back.
Any suggestions on types of workouts, frequency of workouts, supplements, etc. I plan on waiting a while before doing any gear. Any tips would be appreciated.
