is it good for cutting diet ?
i was supposed to take 4 oz of ground beef 93/7 in the morning but i couldnt get any today so i had 4 oz of roast beef, i checked it online its like 30g of fat and 30g of protein
is it bad for diet ?
cuz i dont really take more fat just egg white, chicken breasts , tuna cans, 1/2 cup rice after cooking,vegetables , apple, and a banana and i do cardio everyday for 30 min
so is that too much fat for diet. ??
i really dont need any bad food right now
