hey guys, i hurt my back recently, there was no distinct training that caused it, i woke up last monday morning and it kind of hurt and felt weird all day, woke up tuesday and it felt better and i did some yard work, wednesday i woke up and it hurt worse then monday same on thursday and its starting to get better but i couldnt pick 225 off the floor today, i went to pick it up and felt a huge jolt go down the left lumbar side down through my glute through my hip and thigh, im wanting to say its my sciatic nerve but im not sure, anyone had something similar or advice? im thinking about going to get it checked out tomorrow any help would be appreciated.
