After reading many threads on PCT as well as studies I figured I would start this thread to give a few tips to a better recovery. Please feel free to add to this so we can make a more informative thread for all to read. If you feel that any of this information is incorrect, please dispute it and also back up your claim.
Tips:
-2000 mg Vit C split.. 1/2 post workout 1/2 before bed
-creatine
-Tribulous
-take first week off of lifting or many people still lift but low weights n short sessions
