Hi all! I'm a 31 year old female who has been working out seriously for about a year now (5 days of weight training and cardio p/week) and am happy with my results so far. Over the past couple months, I've gotten very serious on my diet, stricter on my weight training and am looking forward to this upcoming year of change! I've been reading and learning here for a while now so I thought it was time to intro myself and learn even more...would love to eventually compete!
